Pumpkin Bread

  • 1 1/3 cup all purpose Flour12499546_10100202530155322_583412014_o
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  •  1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  •  1 cup sugar
  •  1/2 cup butter
  •  2 eggs
  •  3/4 cup vanilla yogurt
  • I can pumpkin puree (I made mine fresh but used the same amount as canned)
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Method

Combine Flour, salt, soda and baking powder.
Combine in a separate bowl, butter, sugar, eggs one at a time, mix in puree and yogurt.
Mix dry ingredients with wet ones and add in walnuts
Grease loaf pan if you want to and pour batter into it.
Bake at 350 for 45 – 50 minutes or till toothpick come out clean.

Make it the night before and pack it for your time out with kids!
